Trails in the Tennengau cross-country skiing region
- Abtenau: there are six classic and skating trails, two connecting trails and one lighted trail at the valley station at Karogel lift. The turism office offers a free of charge cross-country skiing course on a weekly basis.
- Postalm: three classic and skating trails 5-12 km lenght, combined as a round it is 22 km.
- Region Lammertal-Dachstein West: 215 km classic trails on different high altitudes.
